Conflict Minerals Sourcing Policy
Concerning the promise that we shall abide by the policy that prohibits any forms of utilization of mineral deposits in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and surrounding conflict-affected regions.
Jetway Information Co., Ltd shall support the Conflict Minerals Sourcing Policy that your company practices in DRC and surrounding conflict-affected regions; that no mining or circulating of mineral deposits (tantalum, tin, tungsten, gold) shall carried out in DRC or surrounding conflict-affected regions under the influence of armed forces; that no such aforementioned minerals shall be supplied to any subsidiaries or factories to your company, domestic or abroad; and that we shall deliver the aforementioned contents to our suppliers to cooperate with your company in the implementation of this policy.
